Product Description

In A Session with Marcelle . . . Let's Talk about You, Marcelle Pick, co-founder of Women to Women, will help you create your personal path to health, just as she does with the patients who come to her clinic.

After covering some of the basics so you better understand hormones and their direct impact on your well-being, Pick leads you through a series of customized, self-directed questionnaires and exercises to help you create a clear picture of your health today. Then she lays out helpful tools and techniques that you can implement right away to jump-start your new healthy life.

With Pick as your guide, you'll learn to listen to your body; identify the food, exercise, and stress management programs that are right for you; and draw your personal map to lifelong health and well-being. So grab a pen and let's get started! It only gets better from here.
