When placing an item on backorder, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. If your order included shippable items, you will receive the shippable items in our normal turnaround time and your invoice will indicate which item(s) were placed on backorder. The backordered items will ship as soon as they become available, using the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. Customers are only charged one shipping charge and will not be charged additional shipping to send out backordered items. Visit the Backordered Item(s) page within the My Account area to view or cancel your backorder items at any time.
If you would like to check the status of your order please refer to the Order Number on your Order Summary printout. There are three ways to check on the status of your order:
- Click here to e-mail your inquiry. Please include your Full Name, Address, E-mail address, Phone number, and Order Confirmation Number. You will receive a reply via e-mail before the end of the next business day.
- Call Customer Service at (800) 654-5126 extension 2, Monday-Friday 7-5:30 PM PST. Please have your Order Confirmation Number ready.
- Fax your request to (800) 650-5115. Please include your Full Name, Address, E-mail address, Phone number, and Order Confirmation Number. You will receive a call back before the end of the next business day.
