    I bought this book as a pre-order because I took part in the Bright Line Eating Bootcamp, and the program has changed my life. The author is using the science of addiction, and the fledgling science of prolonged and permanent weight loss to create a program that works. I joined to loose weight, I stayed because I started to heal. The personal checks and balances in the program didn't just stop me eating sugar, it helped me learn to trust my intuition and deepened my connections with myself, my family, and the world around me.     Excellent read! Susan does an excellent job of explaining the science of BLE. What I really love is that Susan's voice comes through. It's amazing. I've been on BLE since October 2015 and have lost 35#. Reading this book has rekindled the excitement I first had when I started. I love this book!!
