Stress, composed largely of old, suppressed, and unprocessed emotions stored in the body, is a primary culprit in preventing us from being creative, energetic, and fully expressed.
Learn to let go of the stress that is hiding your most vibrant self. In this lesson, Debbie focuses the light of awareness onto the twin issues of suppressed emotion and built up stress, which rob us of the ability to have and create what we want. With the aid of your intuitive guidance, you’ll find the primary “stress zone” of your body and begin to gently and lovingly release the toxic emotions that reside there. In addition, you’ll learn tools for reducing the build-up of stress and devise a simple action or practice for continuing to release the stress in a healthy way as you move toward the realization of your vision for the future.
