I really enjoyed both meditations. The voice is so soothing and calming, like a healing water clearing and healing the wounds of the soul. The affirmations really remain somehow inside you, making you look at everything-including yourself- in a new way. The morning meditation gives your mind a new "dress" of gratitude with which to envelope everything so that the entire day is filled with love and light. The evening meditation started to heal deep wounds in me connected with my parents in such a gentle way that no resistance appeared. Both meditations end with the words that probably best summarize the depth of this amazing experience-the words (and feeling) I would like to send back, with my gratitude, to Louise Hay: I love you!

I love these morning and evening meditations! The morning meditation puts me in a healthy frame of mind to begin my day and the night time meditation really helps me let go of not just of issues that may have occurred during the day but also some unconscious issues that may be lingering.
