If the publication date for an item within your cart is in the future, you may pre-order the item and it will be shipped upon release. If your order included available shippable items, you will receive the shippable items in our normal turnaround time and your invoice will indicate which item(s) were placed on pre-order. The pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available, using Standard Shipping Rates. Visit the Pending Orders page within the My Account area to view or cancel pre-ordered items at any time.

If you would like to check the status of your order please refer to the Order Number on your Order Summary printout. There are three ways to check on the status of your order:

  1. Click here to e-mail your inquiry. Please include your Full Name, Address, E-mail address, Phone number, and Order Confirmation Number. You will receive a reply via e-mail before the end of the next business day.
  2. Call Customer Service at (800) 654-5126 extension 2, Monday-Friday 7-5:30 PM PST. Please have your Order Confirmation Number ready.
  3. Fax your request to (800) 650-5115. Please include your Full Name, Address, E-mail address, Phone number, and Order Confirmation Number. You will receive a call back before the end of the next business day.
