All shipping charges will be calculated by UPS published shipping rates. These are based on the weight of your package and the zone of the shipping address (zip code/postal code). Shipping charges will be listed on the "Shipping Options" page in your Shopping Cart before you submit your order. Note: We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Delivery Time
Hay House estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and up to 10 business days for delivery, and 4-6 weeks for all Newsletters. For customers outside the United States and Canada, UPS Worldwide Saver will be used for shipping. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks delivery.

We participate in the UPS eTailer Brokerage Program (eBP), under this program eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under $200 CAD shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of $10 CAD plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at $200 CAD or greater and/or being imported to Canada for a commercial purpose may be subject to additional fees.
