Shipping Rates
All shipping charges will be calculated by UPS published shipping rates. These are based on the weight of your package and the zone of the shipping address (zip code/postal code). Shipping charges will be listed on the "Shipping Options" page in your Shopping Cart before you submit your order. No additional processing or handling fees will be added. Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Hay House estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and up to 10 business days for delivery, and 4-6 weeks for all Newsletters. For customers outside the United States and Canada, UPS Worldwide Saver will be used for shipping. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks delivery.

Our warehouse is closed every Friday, on certain holidays, and during our annual inventory. Please note that absolutely no orders will be processed or shipped on the days listed below. Be certain to review these dates closely if you opt for expedited shipping.
