Delivery Time
Hay House estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, and 4-6 weeks for all Newsletters. Customers outside the USA, International AIR will be used for shipping. Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks delivery.

Domestic Orders
For domestic orders less than $100.00, the shipping costs are based upon the order total (please see chart above).

For domestic orders over $100.00, the shipping costs are weight-based upon our zone/rates tables. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We will provide an estimate of the rate after we receive your order, and verify your approval by e-mail. Note: the shipping cost will not be included in your online transaction. Also, it will show up as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.

International Orders
For International orders the minimum shipping rate is $20.00, and are subject to additional shipping rates, you will be billed separately for additional charges incurred over the $20 minimum. For a rate quote, please contact customer care at 760-431-7695 ext. 2. Additionally, a few of the Hay House titles are printed overseas. International customers may be charged additional Duty Tax for these items. The shipping company collects this tax, upon delivery of your order.

Hay House Holidays
Our warehouse is closed every Friday, on certain holidays, and during our annual inventory. Please note that absolutely no orders will be processed or shipped on the days listed below. Be certain to review these dates closely if you opt for expedited shipping.
