In an effort to process your returns as efficiently and accurately as possible, we have developed the following guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please contact Customer Care for a return number: (800) 654-5126.

With each return please include a detailed packing slip with your Hay House account number, company name, address, claim number, date of return, and total number of cartons/pallets and books. For each item returned please include ISBN number, title description, quantity, and price.

When returning multiple pallets for a return number, please label each pallet with Hay House return number, company name, address, account number, and total pallets. (1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc.) The pallet with the packing slip should be clearly marked. When sending multiple return numbers on the same pallet, please mark all cartons with the return number on the outside of the carton.

Each bill of lading must list the return numbers, total cartons, and total pallets for each return number.

Pallets should be neatly stacked, securely wrapped and all cartons should be carefully packed.

When returning seven or more cartons, it must be returned on a pallet by truck.

When returning by UPS or FedEx, each carton should be clearly labeled with your Hay House account number, company name, address, return number and carton count. (1 of 6, 2 of 6, etc.) Enter return number in the customer reference field. Carton with packing slip should be clearly marked. Cartons should be kept to a weight of no more than 40 pounds. Any carton markings or shipping labels on reused cartons should be removed or obscured.

Please send all cartons with same return number on the same day.

When returning product, please return via a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.

Take care to return only Hay House titles. After notification, non Hay House titles will be disposed of after 30 days.

Returned books must be clean, free of stickers, and security alarms removed.

The hours for receiving are from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm PST/PDT Monday - Thursday.

Credit given on your return will be a house credit only to be used towards future purchases. Credits must be used within 12 months. Cash refunds will not be issued
