You Can Heal Your Life

This is the first book that the late Louise Hay wrote which eventually lead to her creating this amazing self-help publishing firm - Hay House! I have a habit of starting books and not finishing them so I was surprised to finish this book within a few days. I just love how much this book emphasized that I (and not anyone else) have the power to heal MY life. My perspective of what my life was going to end up like changed drastically, I felt a sense of hope that I never had before. This changed my personal life tremendously, I thank Louise Hay from the bottom of my heart. It was the first giant step to healing myself and I was eager to continue my healing process, which lead me to Hay House and all the other wonderful authors here. This is my first review at Hay House and certainly not my last :)

If you've never picked this book up, please go to a book store and open to the back section, your life might never be the same. I know mine hasn't, and I'm grateful. After that, buy it and read it cover to cover. Through this book Louise helped me understand what my body was trying to communicate, how to listen and benifit from it. Even more exciting was when I realized I had an instruction manual to what my child didn't know how to say. I honestly can't imagine parenting her without this book. There is nothing I can say that will compare to your own experience. The next time you (or someone you love) feels a discomfort or pain, look up the emotional cause and face it head on WITH LOVE. Watch how your world will start to change.
